Rockfall Mitigation Works Product Manager
Job Description:
The Rockfall Product Manager would be based at our Administrative Headquarters Technical Department in Williamsport, Maryland reporting to the Technical Manager or Technical/Marketing Director.
The scope of the job would be the development and promotion of the Rockfall mitigation projects. This includes all related work involved in the design, drawing, and structural plan checking of all Rockfall projects. This person would also provide professional assistance and technical advice to clients and our sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required with major coursework in Mining, Engineering, or Geology.
Experience must include; Retaining wall system; Reinforced slope system with geogrids; Construction and engineering theories and principles; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer applications related to the work, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD concepts and applications.
Examples of Key Duties
• Conducts Rockfall design proposals, evaluates alternatives, and makes recommendations.
• Assists clients on the installation of the products.
• Prepares and/or directs the preparation of drawings for commercial and marketing use related to the Rockfall mitigation program.
• Interprets construction and survey drawings.
• Prepares and gives PowerPoint presentations.
• Developing and reviewing engineering plans and designs for private, municipal and public works projects.
