MacGrid^® WG is a geogrid for soil reinforcement. MacGrid^® WG is engineered from high-tenacity polyester multifilament yarns that are woven together in a perpendicular grid configuration to ensure stable junctions. The grids have a robust polymeric coating for mechanical and chemical durability and resistance to biological degradation.

MacGrid^® WG geogrids are used for the reinforcement of soils in slopes and subgrade stabilization projects. Predominantly used in mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) and reinforced soil slope (RSS) structures of virtually any height, MacGrid^® WG geogrids stabilize and reinforce subgrades.

MacGrid^® WG geogrids have a polyester core encased in a tough PVC sheathing. The sheathing and dimensions of the polyester MacGrid^® WG allow for almost any type of backfill to be used, from large granular fill to more cohesive materials.
